Exercise referral and rehab programme Approach

If a chronic health issue or an injury that requires rehab exercises is holding you back, our programme will help you get more active. Contact us if you have one or more of these health conditions to find out how our exercise programme could help you.

If you have an injury and a physio has recommended exercises to follow, we can help you follow them and design programmes to get you fit again.

1. Assessment

In the first week you will do a 2 hour assessment to identify your present state and what your limitations are.

2. Programme

We design a 7 week goal focused programme with specific workouts to progressively improve your performance over the weeks.

3. Deliver

Provide one personal training session per week to support you complete the programme, while you do additional workouts by yourself.

4. Review

In the 8th week we review and celebrate your progress.
