
10 Habits to Rapidly Lose Weight that Work

Our client has lost 15kg (33lbs) in 10 weeks.
He didn’t use a weight loss drug or do lots of exercise. We proposed 10 habits to follow and he consistently followed them.

Set a clear time framed weight loss goal

Got household buy in for the goal with a supportive but demanding wife

Stopped eating high carb foods e.g. bread, pastry and pies
