I have struggled with groin pain & leg strength following a hip replacement during lockdown. Nigel developed a rehabilitation plan to work on specific leg muscles which has improved my leg strength, reduced groin pain, enhanced my mobility, giving me confidence to push myself physically.
Nigel also designed strength training sessions I can do at the gym to fit in with my work life balance.
