Karen has consistently trained for many years and participates in netball and cricket, but as she entered her late 40s injuries to her hamstring and lower back started to disrupt her activities and her motivation dropped.

She wanted a service that provided a wide range of training styles backed up by nutrition advice that would enable her to keep training the way she wanted to.

Karen has been completing 4 week training blocks focused on different fitness goals and session styles, which keep the variety she enjoys, that maintains her motivation and reduces the risk of over training.
