Preeti is based in India and is in a role that involves working from home with long hours.
She recognised that the lifestyle was not good for her health and a recent medical identified she had too much body fat and her cholesterol was high for someone in their 30s.
Her daily activity levels were very low and she struggled to sleep meaning she didn’t feel good in the mornings
Preeti completed the virtual Longevity assessment, that identified a number of lifestyle improvements covering her sleep, nutrition, daily activity, fitness, stress levels and motivation.
Preeti needed coaching help to start her longevity journey, so the first 12 weeks were focused on creating new healthier habits to begin to address the improvements she needed to make, to get back into a healthy zone.
The assessment identified that Preeti’s motivation levels were low so she has appreciated the monthly review video meetings using her App data to help her keep on track and help her solve barriers limiting her progress.
