After two recent shoulder dislocations, I was keen to rehab my shoulder and get my fitness back on track, but due to my injury I struggled to find anyone that was happy to work with me. On the shoulder front, we do focused rehab work in every session. This is tailored to my injury, but then has evolved as I have got stronger and if necessary we adapt it on a session by session basis. In addition, from the conditioning and cardio work we do, I am overall stronger, fitter and happier and then combining this with the focus on my diet I have lost 21lbs to date.
