Our Goal

Enable you to perform, feel and look better as you age

Holistic support

Provide virtual and face to face support to 35 to 65 year olds who want to focus on their health and wellbeing as they age so they can successfully follow a pathway to a healthier and more fulfilled life.

Evidence based approach

Use digital technologies and the latest research supported evidence on longevity to benchmark your present state, then track your progress towards your goals, so you feel good, be proud of how you look, perform better and enjoy what you love doing, now and long into the future.

Outcome focused

Everyone is unique and as we age individual health needs become more complex. Generic approaches don't work so well as we age so we create a customised approach for each client that enables you to achieve the outcomes you desire.

Why I Started

I have worked in business consulting and corporate roles for nearly 30 years that took up a huge amount of time and made it very difficult to maintain a consistent routine to help sustain my health.

As I got older performing well physically and at work became a little bit harder each year so I looked but could never find a service that could provide holistic age specific advice on how to be fit, eat the right nutrition, and recover well to help me perform.

Over the past four years experts such as Dr Peter Attia and Dr Andrew Huberman have been very effective in bringing the ideas of Longevity to the mainstream. I started following their protocols and benchmarks and saw a significant improvement in my physical performance and how I looked.

But in 2021 I got seriously ill when a virus damaged my heart, and I experienced the challenges a person with a serious health condition has trying to get back to health. Again, when I looked there wasn’t a service to help me.

I have developed Longevity Performance Coaching to provide a holistic service based around proven principles of optimising health and longevity, delivered by peers who are a similar age and have experienced similar challenges you are facing.

Duncan O'Brien

I played semi-professional football dealing with performance and injury ups and downs until finally stepping down after an ACL tear at 33yrs old.

Along side this I was completing my chemistry degree and PhD at Loughborough University (Solid State Chemistry FYI)

I now incorporate science, mental fitness and a growing appreciation of the power of awareness, to work with clients in a holistic way.

Nigel Issa

I started training in a gym when I was 14 so have 40+ years of fitness experience covering rugby, mountaineering, resistance training and power lifting.

Now I’m over 50 my focus is on fitness, nutrition, recovery to be able to perform better and reduce the health risks of ageing.

I have 30 years experience of working in demanding business roles with KPMG, PWC, Unilever and I'm now a Senior Advisor to start ups and consultants on AI. Through this experience I understand the challenges clients have prioritising their health alongside work and family commitments.

I enjoy designing programmes and coaching novices to elite level performers to achieve their goals.
