Testimonials

Having had hip, back and weak ankle problems and feeling broken in Nov 23, Nigel has coached and inspired me with strength building and exercise weekly sessions. Nigel is always there for support and motivation. I would highly recommend anyone with back pain who has not exercised for a long time to get in touch.

Louise

Newcastle upon Tyne

I was limited for nearly two years by a bulging disc that was affecting my sleep, walking and moving. After MRI scans and manipulation by a specialist physio I was cleared to start exercising again.

I wanted to get pain free movement back so I could tone up and lose weight.

I followed the programme for 12 weeks and I can now walk and exercise pain free plus I toned up and reduced my waist by 5cms.
