Your a novice if your habit score is 0-40. You don't have many healthy habits in place.

Committed

Your committed if your habit score is 41-79. You are starting to eat well, move more and exercise but want to get the most out of the time you are investing in your health.

Elite

Your Elite if your habit score is 80+. You already do a lot and want to the best at what you do.
